Absolute Barrister Used by Overseas Jurisdiction as Expert in Law of E&W.

Today, absolute barrister have been retained by an overseas law firm to help with expert advice on the laws of England & Wales for a hearing in the appelate court of another juridiction. Often the law in England & Wales is used by courts in others jurisdictions either because a contract says so or because the law can be used by that court and applied by analogy. In this case the barrister provided expert advice on the law of England & Wales helped with associated questions and associated hearings.
