Our company is built from the bottom up as virtually as possible without any of the restrictions of a traditional law firm. We don’t have prestige offices, expensive partners or hourly billing. We offer fixed fees, online and mobile case management and access to expert barristers.

Expensive then? No. By handling any administration and directed tasks we can supply legal advice straight from our barristers and save you as much as half. Really. And with fixed fees, we encourage you to pick up the phone to us and talk - it won’t appear on your legal bill.

How does it work?

We will work with you to estimate your yearly legal need and agree a monthly payment accordingly. You manage your cases through our secure legal cloud to make the supply of legal services as easy as the supply of your electricity. 

When you have a need to ‘turn on’ your services on any one legal topic, we provide a fixed fee estimate for the work that is required and assign counsel. You approve the work, it is offset against your yearly estimate and work commences.

To estimate your yearly need we start with your usual or projected legal requirement and use our experienced team to help set an overall or estimated need.

You need help with an ongoing dispute and have a simple question about an employment regulation? Simple. Use just one login to access the advice from two different barristers.

You have a need for a large volume of legal advice? No problem. We can arrange custom access to our legal cloud or integrate with your CRM.

You have a need for lawyers onsite? Again - no problem.

Want to share documents or message your barrister? Our legal cloud uses the same AES-256 bit encryption over SSL that banks do to store customer data. Version control, email notification redundancy and backup mean that your data is subject to safe guards rarely employed in the legal world.

You have a style of working? We’ll do our best to accommodate it.

So what do we offer?

If your business requires a monthly usage above our medium business threshold, we provide a dedicated account manager. For larger usage we will select a specialist team and tailor a contract to your needs. Even if your estimated usage is smaller, we will still make sure you know who to contact when you need something.

To engage our services you will need to accept our terms and conditions, set up a direct debit with our service provider and pay the first month’s instalment.

If your monthly usage is below our medium business threshold we will also require a three month contingency retainer which is returnable if you end the contract.

Your use of legal services will be periodically reviewed and you can cancel your contract at any time by giving three months' notice.
