Barristers can represent you or your company at international organisations in the UK such as the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) or those further afield such as the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) or the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

If you want to appoint an arbitrator we can help you find one approved by the professional body you require by contract, for example, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Have you ever even considered appointing someone to solve an internal dispute? Why not appoint an arbitrator? As long as both sides agree you can use an arbitrator in a range of situations. Contact us to find out how.
